The User, by submitting information through the feedback form on the website bekpavers.com (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»), agrees to accept this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the «Consent»). The acceptance (acceptance) of the Consent is indicated by checking the box «I confirm my consent to the processing of personal data» or by the act of submitting the feedback form. The User gives their consent to Bek Pavers (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator»), which owns the rights to use the Site and is located at 12045 Tuscany Bay Dr., Apt 102, Tampa, FL 33626, to process their personal data under the following conditions:

- In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the personal data subject or their representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006.
- This Consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data, as specified in clauses 8 and 9 of this Consent.
